He has also been an advisor to the China Development Bank, an independent director of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, a member of the expert committee for the China Overseas Development Association, and a member of the first strategic advisory committee of HBIS Group Co. Ltd. As a result, he has extensive experience in the management of major projects, as well as a comprehensive grasp of industrial development and market dynamics.
