中国跨国企业跨文化冲突战略模型及管理方案研究 内容简介
本书以2019年公开发行的纪录片《美国工厂》为研究对象,以霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论和托马斯-基尔曼冲突管理模式为理论基础,通过定性分析和深度访谈,对发生在福耀美国公司的跨文化冲突进行研究,明确了该冲突凸显的11个问题和涉及到的五个文化维度,分析了福耀公司采取的五种冲突管理策略,确定了选择跨文化冲突策略的衡量标准和长短期定位,进而制定了具体的跨文化冲突战略管理计划和应对策略,为其他中国跨国公司管理跨文化冲突提供了有效的借鉴。
