The target user of this book is Chinese learners who prepare to or intend to take the New HSK, including learners study in China or overseas as well as readers who regard this book as a refresher course guide, major textbook or self-learning material. We hope that with the help of this book, readers will learn Chinese systematically, get familiar with HSK questions by practicing a lot and grasp test-taking skills, thereby successfully passing the exam as well as improving proficiency in Chinese within a short period of time. Unlike the proliferated so-called test-taking strategy, model tests and test analyses, this book integrates explanation with exercises, helping readers to learn vocabulary and grammar of corresponding levels and to refine their listening/speaking/reading/writing skills and communicative skills in practical use.
