梁福军,工学博士,编审,《机械工程学报》编辑部副主任,《中国机械工程学报》(英文版)副主编。国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)网络服务系统专家咨询服务栏目专家,北京邮电大学兼职教授、硕士企业导师,中国科协科技期刊主编培训班授课老师,中国科技期刊编辑学会英文编辑培训班授课老师、基金项目评审专家。
长期从事科技期刊编辑出版工作,对论文的标准化、规范化进行了深入研究和系统总结,对期刊的数字化、标准化、国际化及流程再造进行了创新探索和开发实践。主持或参加中国科协精品科技期刊工程英文版期刊国际推广项目、中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划、中国科技期刊登峰行动计划(《中国机械工程学报》英文版)。研发出媒体融合型、集成式科技期刊在线协同工作与多产品资源平台。发表论文20余篇,出版《科技论文规范写作与编辑》《英文科技论文规范写作与编辑》《科技语体语法、规范与修辞》系列专著,建立了严密的写作规范体系,使读者在对科技写作有系统性的理论认识上有规可循、有法可依,写作实践上有标准可执行、有规范可参考,填补了我国同类文献科技要素融人不够以及内容零散、不统一的不足或空白。
