绩效管理专家,现任杭州考典信息科技有限公司总经理。毕业于浙江大学心理系、管理学院,管理学硕士。已出版《资深人力资源总监教你做薪酬》、《人力资源管理从入门到精通》等图书7本。曾任职于中国网通、柳桥集团、南都电源、哲达科技等大中型企业、上市公司,历任薪酬与绩效主管、人力资源部经理、人力资源总监。曾获杭州市首届优秀HR经理奖、浙江省首届双十佳HR经理奖、第四届中国人力资源管理大奖成果奖银奖。曾为中国电信、中国联通、中国网通、浙能集团、上海建工、深圳燃气、塔里木油田、华立集团、中粮包装、重庆市国资委、宁夏回族自治区国资委等单位提供过培训,为浙江、上海、贵州、湖北等地企业及园区提供过咨询服务。在《企业管理》《中国高新区》等杂志发表文章20余篇;接受过《都市快报》《中国产经新闻》、新浪微博等访谈。
