郑春华，1959年生，上海人。著名儿童文学作家，中国作家协会会员，曾就读于鲁迅文学院、南京大学中文系。1980年开始儿童文学创作，著有儿童诗集《甜甜的托儿所》《小豆芽芽》《圆圆和圈圈》，中篇小说《紫罗兰幼儿园》《贝加的樱桃班》，小学生活故事《非常小子马鸣加》《奇妙学校》《萝卜老师》等，代表作《大头儿子和小头爸爸》多年畅销，已成为中国优秀原创儿童文学最典型的代表作之一，由它改编的同名动画片风靡全国，深受孩子们喜爱。作品曾荣获国际儿童读物联盟“小松树”奖、全国优秀图书奖、国家图书奖、中国作家协会全国优秀儿童文学奖、陈伯吹国际儿童文学奖等多种奖项。
